The 8 Major Principles That Will Change Your Life

 
 

1Physical Body:

Your physical body is constantly telling a story. It speaks to us through ailments, the state of the nervous system and nerve endings, pain, everything is written day by day, so I start there.

2Diet & Nutrition:

You get out what you put in, plain and simple. The quality of the fuel you choose to feed your body spells out the nutritional value you're investing into its' performance and energy levels.

3Movement is Medicine:

Your body requires daily movement to stay healthy. It has been proven that proper movement can help and even eliminate many symptoms and ailments. Your body was designed for movement and it is required to remain healthy.

4External Environment:

This includes where we live, work, the water we drink, the air we breathe, etc. The internal state of the body is heavy influenced by the external surroundings. Everything from your personal hygiene products to the paint colours on your walls, the electromagnetic fields and WiFi signals, deeply impacs your internal body.

5Spirituality:

This is not religion. A spiritual practice you can turn to, believe in, pray to, or meditate on changes the way you are in the world and your emotional state. Faith is foundational, so whatever makes you feel good and do good to yourself and others, lean into that practice.

6Internal Environment & Emotions:

In one word, emotional intelligence means adaptability. Our emotions positively or negatively affect every aspect of our internal environment. The stronger your emotional intelligence and the consistency of your emotional state, the more adaptable you become to events and situations which appear in life. Our emotional state creates a chemical reaction internally which either builds and strengthens the body or adversly creates toxicity and weakens the immune systems.

7Rituals:

What you repeat consistently becomes a ritual, and your rituals create your results. Rituals which serve the body and your life can bring you into healing. They are the non-negotiable almost automatic actions which create momentum and positive change in your life.

8Community

You are the average of the people you surround yourself with, so be intentional and mindful about who you allow into your community. Whether it's teachers, family, gurus, friends, co-workers or a life partner, they all contribute to who you are.
